Did you find a split for your issue?
I have a corrupt database and a large majority of my tracks have been severely compresses & are unusable.
I too have been waiting on a response from support.
I’ve tried deleting the software & tracks abs doing a full reinstall, but the tracks keep coming in in the compresses format (despite playing perfectly on media player)
I’m thinking there has to be some kind of data log lingering in the background that is remembering the incorrect analysis of the tracks that I need to delete.
