Related Tracks Bug in 6.0.2

I rely on the Related Tracks mini window. With 6.0, 6.0.1 AND 6.0.2., the related tracks screen causes RB to slow down. If I have related tracks off (for example if I am showing tags or info instead) the software works fine. Once I open related tracks, everything starts to degrade. It seems to be refreshing the related tracks constantly, even if I'm in there using my DDJ-1000 jog wheel controls to browse the list. Loading tracks from the related tracks window also takes longer. It seems like the software is loading everything multiple times. I really need this fixed, it's a horrible experience that's making me think I need to reconsider this software for the long term :(

I'm using RB 6.0.2 with DDJ-1000 and a mac mini running Catalina. RB 5 worked fine, 6 is where my problems began.
