Rekordbox 6.0 - Extra monthly payment & doesn't seem to work?

Dear Pioneer,

Why do I have to cancel my subscription for rekordbox 5 and open a new one for rekordbox 6? This seems very strange for me....

Besides when exporting my tracks to USB in rekordbox 6 it keeps giving a message that it doesn't work. I still have to use rekordbox 5 for exporting my tracks to USB. While this is the exact same handling. 

I must say I'm not very happy with this new rekordbox and would be happy to hear what's behind this?

The reason for needing to cancel the rb5 subscription and start a new rb6 subscription is that we've allowed users to keep rb5 should they wish to do so; nobody is automatically rolled up to rb6 or forced to use it if they prefer rb5.

Regarding the error, please file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.
