XDJ XZ Voltage120 / 240 V

Hi,

I have received the new XDJ XZ purchased in the US as a gift to Germany,

the EN quick start guide and on the Box it says 120V, however in the EN, GER, FR quick start guide it says 120 - 240V supported.

Is the US Model only supporting 120V or are they identical to the EU Version with a universal power supply?

Otherwise, I will get a Voltage transformer.

Thx
Jonas

Hello

Can anyone confirm the XDJ-XZ / UXJCB is dual voltage?

I have one I brought from the US and I'm scared one of these days I'll forget to plug in the step down transformer

BZZT!

Per above, the UXJCB model is multi-voltage, good for 110-240V, 50-60Hz.

Hello,

I emailed Pioneer support and they replied the opposite. Here is there answer from 14 June 2022:
“ The XDJ-XZs sold in North America and is rated 120V AC, 60Hz only.”

Mine is also a UXJCB. Can you confirm what is the correct info? I’m in Europe and looking to use my decks for some gigs.

Thank you!

It's possible the power supply (internally) has changed; what does it say on the back panel of the controller where the power requirements are noted?

Hello, I have just received my XZ from USA and I live in Germany. It is the white version. At the back, it says UXJCB but shows only 120V. How can I be sure if it is ok with 240V? thanks

While Pioneer does make some controllers that are compatible, those have it clearly written on the back (110-240V).  I had a similar case as yours and ended up buying a transformer.
