HDJ-X5BT Bluetooth not connecting

I just bought these Bluetooth headphones and I followed the instructions on the manual but the headphones don't pair with other devices (tried iphone 11, ipad and pc). The XDJ-X5BT does not appear on the list of devices to pair.
