Are the files you are syncing close in BPM or are they much different?

having problem
hi,
i am having problem with rekordbox software some time when i play it worked properly the sync button some time button is on but sync is not working good what this issue and also audio quality as well not so good then i restart my laptop and wait 15 min i think then work properly
