cloud sync v6 to another computor

how do i sync another computor i have one all set up to ver 6.03 and works great  i wanna set up another laptop to cloud sync i know i have to down load the software on it what do i do when i install it it will ask me to convert or start with a empty libraury what one do i choose i also have the creavtive plan could someone guide me threw it please help thanks
