OK so I have the Creative plan and have been using just fine between the following devices
2009 MacPro 5,1 os 10.14.x Mojave with Rekordbox 6.0.3
Late 2012 MacBook Pro 10,2 os 10.15.x Catalina with Rekordbox 6.0.4
iPhone 8 Plus iOS 13.5.1 with current Rekordbox app
So I just got a new 2019 MacBook Pro 16,1 Os 10.15.x Catalina with Rekordbox 6.0.4 and also tried 6.0.3
I get everything installed and setup Rekordbox and Dropbox like on other computers but i can’t get the cloud sync to show my playlist or collection like on the other 3 listed devices. i have the new computer activated with rekordbox but nothing i do will allow it to sync. i have gone over all the security and privacy setting during install and after. as a stand alone install it works fine with my DDJ-1000. just not pulling the lists from the cloud.
on the new computer i made a test playlist to see it it will show up on other device's and get nothing on then.
it still works between other devices listed above.
any advice will be helpful

oh well to be honest i just felt this whole paid sub was a slap in the face and i just spoke my mind.
other this one thing i have found the DDJ-1000 to be an amazing controller and software.
ok so I noticed if I try to send a song to the cloud from the new Macbook it makes a new contents folder in drop box instead of sharing the folder all my other devices use. It’s like the new laptop is being treated as a separate account but i am correctly logged into my accounts. I have only one account.
