e8307 Unsupported device - MAC

I've downloaded the drivers and USB connector but still getting this error. Opened up the audio midi set up and it's not there. Please help.

Hi Kenneth,

E8307 is an error on the unit itself regarding the connected device; where are you getting this error on your computer? And when you installed the drivers, did you follow these instructions to ensure the macOS security was bypassed to allow for full installation?
