I am experiencing a problem on the left jogwheel of the ddj sr2.
It does not scratch or go into vinyl mode.
The other deck works fine. Can someone tell me how to set back this deck on vinyl mode?

Have you tried using a different USB cable?
Does this occur with the USB power only or are you using the DC adapter?
Does the software recognize pressing SHIFT+SLIP to change the jog mode?
Does it work for the other deck (if it happens on deck 1, does it also happen on deck 3)?
Both USB and power supply causes the same problem
Changed different USB also
When shift and slip is pressed nothing happens same effect.
It only happens on deck 1 or deck 3
