XDJ XZ usb indicators

hi.

i received my xdj xz today

i would like to know what the usb indicator really shows, because the manual says that flashing lights mean a current above the permissible level coming through the usb device.

how would this look like compared to normal access of a stick which also causes flashing usb indicator?
