Problems with new DDJ-1000

Hi,

I bought a DDJ-1000 a few weeks ago, but I have some problems.

First, I can't seem to be able to use my hardware unlock in Rekordbox for whatever reason. I have a free plan, but the hardware unlock option doesn't seem to show up.

Second, I can't select the DDJ-1000 ASIO, even if it's the only device activcated. I updated the firmware, reinstalled the drivers folllwing the instructions. I tried the controller on a friend's computer and it works like a charm.
