We were connecting the DDJ 1000SRT To a windows pc and accidentally unplugged it while the firmware was updating. Now there is a single red light flashing at the top of the Master Volume Level area.
Tried Unplugging for 24 hours - Did Nothing
Tried Power Cycling multiple times - did nothing
Left plugged into computer for several hours - did nothing
Controller will not connect to any computer when trying to reinstall firmware and start process all over.
Using Serato DJ Pro Version 2.3.5
Macbook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)
Processor 2.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
Memory 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Driver installed successfully. Bypassed security on mac for installation.

Sorry to hear that Jason - a blinking red LED on the master indicates a power issue; please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
