CDJ3000 Link cue/touch cue no sound

I have the new CDJ3000's and also got a new 900nxs2.

i have them all linked with a TP Link switch and ethernet cables, also to my laptop running rekordbox and i cant get any sound from the touch cue no matter if its on USB stick in the cdjs or direct link connected to rekordbox.

i have updated the players firmware to 1.05.

im not sure what else to do. can someone help please. im new to Rekordbox and CDJ's.

i have to load every track just to hear if its what i want to mix next.

What is the firmware of the DJM-900nxs2?

I got the same setup and it is working perfectly.

Hi Frank.

i just found somewhere it said need to update the nxs2 so i checked and it was on 2.06. its just updating now.

Why don't pioneer tell people this :)

i brought all three units at the same time 2 weeks ago. kinda expected it to be on the latest firmware that was updated in march.
