rekordbox 5 license remove

I've use my license key for 2pc (1 for my personal desktop and 1 for MacBook Pro)

and unfortunately my desktop just dead so I have to re-install OS again.

with OS re-install my license key just stuck with my old OS

and can't be deactived anymore.

How can I re-activate my key on new OS
