midi mapping Launch Control XL to Rekordbox 5

I'm trying to map my Novation Launch Control XL midi controller to Rekordbox 5 but having trouble with mapping buttons like CUE and the PITCH BEND. I'm used to playing with CDJ2000 and like to hold the CUE and when I let go it stops, also for the PITCH BEND I'd like to have a + and - that functions as the old pitch bend on Denon CD players or when you hold or turn the jog wheel on a CDJ. My midi controllers buttons are set to momentary. What's the correct way to map this controller to rekordbox? Do the play buttons have to be toggle and the cue momentary? For the pitch bend I'd like to be able to hold the buttons longer for longer pitch bends but they stop bending after I push them.
