Problem Jogs DDJ1000SRT

I bought a new DDJ 1000 SRT in February (or March) this year (2020) I don't remember well.
Since when I arrived I noticed watching other people's videos that my 2 Jogs don't respond faithfully to my commands when in Vinyl mode. It's not that sensitive, I have to push my hand a little harder for the command to work. Very light hand does not activate as well. And I'm not talking about the "jog" adjustment button. It can be in any configuration, standard, light or heavy ... the problem continues. The vinyl mode works, however, having to force the hand more on the prank, repeating.
However, when it works there is another problem in reading Serato's music track. The marked point, with the movement of coming and going from the race, the band passes lightly through the point. It is as if the track slowly slid, without obeying the command.
Yesterday I made the same movements on a friend's device, identical to mine and his was perfect, everything ok as it should be.
I would like some help!
