Maintaining Sync on Track Load - Give us an On/Off Option

I know requests for this feature has been over-flogged so I want to inquire if we now have an option box to choose whether Sync is kept on automatically when you load the next track?

When the software automatically syncs a 95 bpm track to a 128 bpm track its disastrous. The tempo slider goes to WIDE and all hell breaks loose after. 

At the moment I have to turn Sync off before I load the song, which like many others I often forget to do.

Its hard to have to go through a really long process of turning off Sync, changing the tempo range from WIDE back to 10% and then setting it to the actual speed I would like.

The current playing song's tempo should never be altered to WIDE during sync or don't you agree? Also, can the tempo of the incoming synced track return to custom settings after a sync operation - i.e. on the next track load?
