CDJ-200 Jog Wheel Response Issue

Hello all,

I was able to pick up a pair of used CDJ-200s off a local marketplace ad for a steal.

They work great, except for one CDJ-200 has what appears to be an issue with the jog wheel. It will not pitch up/down the track much at all. If I activate some of the on-board FX I can slightly start to get a response but it's not like how it should be as on the other fully working unit.

Is there a part that would be causing this?
