I would suggest starting by changing the USB drive. It could be the drive is not properly writing the data to memory.

XDJ-RX Recording issues
Hi there,
I've had and used an XDJ-RX for a good amount of time, and recorded plenty of mixes (more than 1 hour long), and always had a clean FAT32 USB-drive dedicated to this. But recently I have started experiencing issues with recording, such as the recording stops randomly, it won't start recording sometimes, and once I have had "jumps" of a few seconds in the recording.
The firmware is up-to-date, and I have recorded plenty of mixes on this firmware without issues.
Any suggestions for what might cause this? Or what parts I should consider attempting changing?

I have tried 3 different USB drives, so i am afraid that is not the case. And the same USB drive has worked flawlessly for a longer period of time.
