Recovering from a corrupted USB

So RB says the drive is corrupted, but still works fine in CDJs. Ive tried copying everything onto a new drive and it still says its corrupted.

Ive tried CarbonCopy and says the same thing.

Am i screwed recovering this drive? Theres stuff on here i have no where else.
