HELP!!! Driving me insane - Glitching after a while of using Rekordbox

I’m hoping someone can help me here. I’ve looked for solutions across the board but nothing seems to be helping. Firstly I am using a DDJ-RB controller. When I’m on a mix, around 40-50 mins in, the program will glitch. A red bar with a message comes up on the bottom of the program, but it goes so quickly I cannot read it. Once its glitched out, sound comes through the headphones even if both channels are turned off (doesn’t do this when starting program) so if you are listening to channel the master is playing through headphones. I’ve set the graphic cards to internal as I read it doesn’t like Nvidia graphic cards, I’ve also dropped waveform drawing rate to medium. I have the latest software. Latest firmware & Latest drivers. Can anyone help with what is causing this please, it’s driving me insane!
