Rekordbox 6.1.1 No waveform / Beatgrid

hi, I updated to the latest version of Rekordbox 6.1.1 and just uploaded some newly purchased tracks from Beatport. 

The whole process was as normal - track analysis can be seen to be processing with artwork appearing etc, however once complete there was no preview waveform or beatgrid showing??

There doesn't seem to be any way for me to add a beatgrid??

I've used RB for many, many years so I'm perplexed as to what has happened

any help appreciated

Hello all, 

Deeply sorry for the issue you have in rekordbox 6.1.1.

rekordbox engineers already identified the issues and are now working on this issue. 

In the meanwhile, will you please download 6.1.0 from the link below only for importing and analyzing your tracks?  Please note that other features work better in ver. 6.1.1.

Just to add despite the preview waveform not being visible it does allow me to preview the track. 

This feels like a RB server issue - is there a fault?

Same issue here.  Only the Previews analyzed in 6.1 are displaying.  Ive attached a screen shot

Same. Exact. Thing. For me this is only on songs I've brought in since the 6.1.1 upgrade. Anything that was already in there seems to work/display fine. 

Not sure what technically the track grid is, but after referencing the RB manual I'm missing the waveform in the "playback track information panel," beat grids and preview.

When I go to "grid," I can't manually set a grid and BMP is 000.00. I have to tap it in to get the beat grid to appear. 

Export and Performance mode have the same issue. 

I'm on Mac Catalinz 10.15.7 and RB 6.1.1 so everything is current

This is a big issue - any view Pioneerdj? 

All my tracks from previous RB versions are fine, its just the load i added post the 6.1.1 upgrade. I'm on a mac too but never had an issue like this before.

Please help?

I Have the same issue.

3 PC's with cloud sync.

2 have been updated to 6.1.1 and have this issue with newly analysed tracks.

1 still running 6.1 will analyse tracks fine, then update database info on the other 2 PC's.

Hi guys, 

 

any update to the issue that many of us have experienced, I've downgraded to 6.1.0 so i can get by but would like to know the issue is being addressed by a new upgrade?

I have ver. 6.4.1 and I'm having the same problems.  Some tracks when analyzed have no wave form and I get unexplained Export Error message.  When might this issue be fixed or is there something I'm doing wrong??

The CRM links to a page that does not have the recommended downgrade link to version 6.1.0. Was this error fixed because it just started for me on version 6.6.1 ?

Also its affecting functions on XDJ-RX2 in standalone from exported trax on usb. These affected trax will stutter when stopped then touchscreen with not work and look like no music is playing. The trax with this problem are random and from different sources so its hard to narrow what the problem is if its on a file level. It does allow you to make hot cues but waveform and beat grid never pop. 

Any help on this? It looks like a random buy ongoing and problematic issue.
