External SSD issues with new Rekordbox 6.1.1

I'm using an external 1TB SSD via USB and had no issues with Rekorbox 6 and Windows 10.

However, once I installed the 6.1.1, it would not recognize the drive and gives me this error message

"USB storage device or SD card that is formatted with an unsupported file system. Use a USB storage device or SD card that is formatted with one of the following file systems supported by rekordbox.

-FAT12

-FAT16

-FAT32

-HFS+"

My SSD is formatted to NTFS and I didn't have any problems with the previous version. If this cannot be solved, how do I revert to version 6.0?

Thank you!

That's an export warning message; an NTFS device can only be used for local storage of audio as well as the database (should you choose to put it on an external drive.

Check under the Explorer section of the tree, not the Devices section.

The external SSD drive works fine, except for the latest Rekordbox version. I'm sure that many people store their music on external drives so I hope this problem will be resolved asap

I am receiving the same error message after updating to Rekordbox 6.1.1. Except that my external hard drive is not SSD. I have never received this error before upgrading. I am also willing to revert to 6.0 if it's possible as this is a bit annoying.

Just to add to that. I can still access my tracks in the library from my external hard drive that have been added to my playlists in Rekordbox.

Have you tried any version north of 6.1.1? We're now up to 6.4.2.

Aaa sorry, I messed it up with the version. This issue started after I updated to 6.4.2.

Hey guys,

so I "fixed" the issue. I just realised that I was trying to get to my music files through the "Devices" tab instead of "Explorer", which was the reason for the error message. It all works fine!

Sorry for any inconvenience.
