DDJ RZX MASTER OUT NOT WORKING

Hello Pioneer,

Of recent I am having trouble getting master out from the DDJ RZX.

I have formatted my PC and reinstalled all drivers but sometimes the sound comes through and sometimes it doesn't.

I am currently using RB 6 ver 6.1.1

Also all drivers are up to date.

All terminals functioning and all volume and trim levels checked.

Please assist ASAP.

If there is a log file you require then kindly send me instructions to get the log file and send it to you.

Hey TheTrone,

Sorry to hear about that. Do you see signal activity on the channel and master meters?

Do you hear any audio output from the other outputs (headphones, RCA master, XLR master, booth)?

Hi,

ich hasse dasselbe Problem, ich wechsle dann in den EXPORT Modus und dann wieder in den PERFORMANCE Modus. Danach funktioniert der Master- und Kopfhörerausgang wieder.
