Beat grids don't seem to be perfectly regular?

So this is a wierd issue I noticed and I'm not sure if it's a display issue or an analysis issue.

Track analyzed in NORMAL mode, beatgrid seems to line up with all the beats just fine.

Jump to the first beat and set cue marker, then using beatjump to jump through the track.

Quite frequently, beatjump does not land in the exact same place as the beat marker. Often it's off by a visually obvious amount in one direction or the other. 

Is my grid not straight (IE regular)? Or is beatjump not 100% accurate? Or is the grid just not displaying properly? I can't tell and it's driving me insane
