Have you tried enabling the PC MASTER output when you have the XDJ-XZ selected as the audio device within rekordbox and the Focusrite selected as the default audio device in Windows?

Mixer on xdjxz not working when i want to play the sound through my focusrite audio interface which is connected to my pc
hi, i recently got a xdjxz and i am facing this issue. i cannot control my mixer and sound doesn't come out of my speakers which are connected to my focusrite audio interface. when i connect my speakers directly to xdj they work and even the mixer works but when i try to route audio through my audio interface which is connected to my pc, the mixer and sound doesnt work. i could do it easily on my xdjr1 but on xdjxz its not working. can you please help?

Hey Pulse,
yes i have tried doing that. attached is the screenshot for your reference.
1. when audio source is xdjxz asio the sound doesnt come from focusrite audio interface. there is absolutely no sound.
below is the image 1 and 2 for reference.
2. in image 3 and image 4 i cant use mixer on external mode but the sound comes when selected focusrite as audio source. the decks respond but the mixer doesnt.
below is image 3 and 4.
3. image 5 and image 6 i can only use volume faders on the mixer when selected internal mode in mixer option. the decks respond here as well and the sound also comes through focusrite.

while trying all these i always kept default windows device my focusrite audio interface which has my speakers connected.
