Rekordbox 6.2.0 freezing right after start

Rekorbox 6.2.0 freezes indefinitely couple of seconds after opening on my Razer Blade Stealth 13 laptop. All previous versions of Rekordbox 6 worked well. Rekordbox 5 still works. I tried to re-install 6.2.0 a couple of times, deleted my track collection, and even re-installed Windows from scratch, but nothing helps. It works on my work Lenovo laptop though. Please help!

Edit: I tried to install older Rekordbox 6, and it doesn't work anymore. Rekordbox 5 still works. My work laptop doesn't have the latest Windows updates, and my Razer has all the updates installed, so it may be the compatibility issue of Rekordbox 6 with the latest Windows 10 version. Microsoft released a pretty big update just recently.

Edit 2: Only the preformance mode is stuck. If I manage to quickly switch to edit or export mode in the first couple of seconds, it works

Edit 3: Rekordbox 6.3.0 - no change, same symptoms
