I am sorting my music using Intelligent playlist. I want to make a folder for all hip hop songs released in 2020. Instead its giving me all songs imported in 2020. Any Advice on how to fix this? Also why are some of the year tags missing for songs or are wrong? If you download your music from a record pool shouldn't the songs automatically come with tags?

Just did a check, don't have this behaviour. It only gives me tracks with a release date of 2020. Tracks imported in 2020 but with an older release date get displayed in their correct era playlist.
I remember reading somebody reporting having issues with the release date getting wiped or not read correct by RB.
As for record pools, not every record pool has the release date field filled.
My experience is that not all songs have the tags properly set. From multiple sources where I obtain my music the tags are about 90% correct. I always check the tags before I import new tracks into my collection. I use a program called TagScanner (https://www.xdlab.ru/en/) to check and setup my tracks, very powerful. I specifically check year released and genre on all tracks as these are common fields I create playlists from.
