Are you using the RX2 with rekordbox or as a stand-alone player when this occurs?

XDJ-RX2 crossfader issues
Could someone help please? The crossfader will only work on right hand side (B) not left (A) I have looked and checked and asked others with similar decks and they were unsure what was going on too. thanks! Charlie
