DDJ 1000 DVS Setup

Hello.

I am running Rekordbox 5.85 on DDJ1000 and have just activated my DVS key. 

When i go in to Preferences to do the Audio setup I do not have the routing options (as shown in the manual for version 5.3). I don't have a check box in the audio settings to be able to set a channel to DVS phono/line and under the DVS menu I also don't have the routing matrix which is shown in the manual and on YouTube setup videos.

How can i set this up? i have a signle turntable plugged in to the phono input of channel4 on the controller but no signal coming through to the software.
