If you're connected to the computer, it's possible the parameters are being overwritten by the utility app; does this only happen when it's connected?

DJM S11 - Smooth Echo Related
My S11 is not saving smooth echo settings parameters after a power cycle every time.
The mixer has the latest firmware installed.
Also the the latest version of Serato is installed on the laptop (Windows 10)
Any help would be appreciated.

I just tried some further troubleshooting steps.. when i power up the mixer before launching Serato, the echo settings seem to be holding. If i start Serato first then start the mixer, the settings do not hold..
If i disconnect the usb cable to the mixer, the echo setting do not hold the parameters that were set previously.

I had this same issue. I had to enable pc utility on the mixer. To do this go to the cog wheel > other settings > Pc utility > and set to on. After I turned that option on the settings saved.
