Virtually any; it's a USB2 host so the only thing I'd suggest is staying away from USB3.1 drives.

I'd personally go with a USB3.0 drive because it will read/write fast from the computer, but the SP16 doesn't need a lot of performance.

Unfortunately the Survivor series is the only model of drive I recommend avoiding due to compatibility issues. I used to love that drive for its ruggedness until I had problems loading it in CDJs and XDJs!
