RB 6.4.2 / Windows 10 64-bit
Right clicking on the History playlist on my USB and 'Import History' creates a HISTORY [DATE] playlist, but it's empty.
Right clicking on all tracks in the USB history and 'Add To Playlist' does nothing, ie. .the source Playlist is empty. If I do this again, it says 'There are duplicates ... Add / Skip. however, the source Playlist is empty.

Do the songs played in that history exist in that collection? If I were to bring my export USB drive to your computer and try to do that, it would result in a blank history because the songs are not in your collection.
