CDJ3000 updates?
So the CDJ3000 has been on the market for 4 months now and still you guys have done none of the prolink bug fixes and updates promised to Pioneer customers:::
DDJ XP2 still doesn’t work
No Gated Hot Cues still
No onboard grid adjustment
No half time/double time grid syncing
And now you cant even buy a white unit and the black ones are on 2+ month backorder cause the supply chain is so broken.

no ... these features do not help sales. now that the product is on the market... anything that is existing customer issues is low priority because it doesn't translate to profits. Fixing these issues doesn't make pioneer money.

I think it's important to remember that they are still working on these and other improvements; all requests get prioritized and may not be added when you are hoping they will be.
I'll also note that Pioneer DJ did not promise any updates.

@Pulse You are right no updates on all of these things were promised.
BUT when the Players released there was an official Q&A livestream by Pioneer, where one of the most asked questions was support for the XP Controllers and the Product Manager clearly stated that support is definitely is coming for these. That more or less sounded like a promise to me and I went out and bought the Players. Now 7 months later still no sign of any significant feature update.
From what I know it should have come with the 1.09 update but the statement was withdrawn after 1.09 dropped.
I know those things take time but it is frustrating to see that a bunch of low end products get released in the meantime and you cant implement the stuff you "promised" for your flagship product.

@Pulse Are there finally some news on this topic after 1,5 years of stalling?
It would be nice if some features that were promised ages ago and are asked for by the community would get prioritized over features nobody asked for like the overcomplicated streaming on the 3000s.
But I'll guess this will never see the light of the day. If so just say it and the people won't ask about it again.
