That's the return channel from the mixer. If you want to use 3, you can, so long as you configure channel 3 with the REC OUT:

Recording (I can only choose one channel)?
Trying to understand, before I would just hit record and it recorded, now RB is asking me what channel (1-2-3-4-5-6) When I select channel 3, that is the only channel that will be recording? How do I select every channel or...?
