Hi, my DDJ 1000 does not start, suddenly after a shutdown it stops turning on and the left "quantize" button remains flashing red. All usb cables etc are disconnected and the power supply is working properly. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately that indicates a power issue on the mainboard; please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.

I had the same problem, result of the diagnosis "motherboard damaged" by hypothetical voltage spike. Cost 450 € It seems to me somewhat absurd, in the place where I connected it there were other Pioneer controllers and no one had this problem, if anything a voltage spike had to damage the power supply and not the motherboard, it will not be a defect of production? pity it happened to me when the warranty expired. Disappointed.
