Can't get to cloud-synced files from second computer

I had Rekordbox 6.4 synced and was able to play my files from a second machine.  I have just upgraded the second machine (Windows 10) to Rekordbox 6.5 and now that entire collection is unreachable.  The cloud icon for every file has a line through it, and when I try to load a file into a player I get "Load error. The file could not be found." I tried re-syncing the second computer, and it went through the motions, took a while and counted up to 100% but nothing seems to have changed.  Any suggestions?

Hey Karen,

Were the songs uploaded to Dropbox from the first computer?

Did you install Dropbox on that second computer and have it sync the contents?

Yes - I had everything set up and synced, was able to play tracks on that second computer that were on Dropbox.  Then when I upgraded to Rekordbox 6.5 something broke.  Nothing else has changed except for the version of Rekordbox.
