Does your Dell happen to have an 11th gen Intel CPU?
Copied some info from an old post as I'm a pretty massive noob, seems to be the same problem just updated recordbox. Audio stream stops on CDJ350, track keeps going in Rekordbox. Seems random, they did it once over 2 hours a couple of nights ago, but 3 times in half an hour tonight. Audio will just stop but the track keeps going in Rekordbox. Pausing the CDJ350 and hitting play again will resume audio, but needless to say, this is not exactly a solution. Playing on a brand new Dell laptop with Windows 10, core i10. The suggestion on the old post was to install recordbox 5, trouble is, I installed 6 last week when I got it all going. Cheers folks, hope that's enough info for a start 🙂

Thank you! :) but nah I brought the last of the 10th gen cpu
Can you check and see which firmware version is installed on the CDJs?
This might say it all haha, how do you do that? 😅 actually I just found a pdf with some instructions, I'll get back to you soon! 🙏🙏

tried to install update but got the error message on the screen, now the deck wont turn off
Nevermind, sorry for the spam, figuring stuff out as I go haha. moved the file out of the folder on the usb and BAM! We're away! fingers crossed it all works out, I'll get back in touch if i have any more trouble with it. Thanks for the help!
