Audio out through audio interface not working anymore

Hi, I can't get the audio out on my motu + genelec speakers anymore. I used to click on DDJ 400 output then click on ''Audio output from the built in speakers'' and the sound would come out through my Motu interface. Now I only get sound in the laptop speakers. If I select ''Motu out'' the sound go through but of course, I can't control anything except the volume on the dj equipment. Any suggestion ? (Did not update anything except for Rekordbox to see if it would fix the problem...) Also the Motu is working fine because I can get the sound from Ableton coming out.
