New to XDJ digital format

I have used proper turntables for as long as I've been in the game. I'm considering purchasing the Pioneer XDJ 700s to lighten my travel load to certain places, but I'm quite technologically impaired.

I own a Pioneer DJM800 and plan on keeping that as my mixer, and I would be traveling with my laptop as well. How do I/would I connect the XDJ 700s to my current mixer & laptop? Do I run ethernet cable between the XDJs and RCA cables to mixer? Does a SERATO box make the process any easier? Does REKORDBOX interface with SERATO DJ?

I apologize for the lengthy question(s) but up until now, the setup has been relatively easy along with the RANE SL3 interface with SERATO product(s). But now, I'm hopelessly lost when I'm considering integrating the XDJ 700s & REKORDBOX into my traveling arsenal ...
