Rekordbox - Only Track 2 lagging on DDJ-200

Hey everyone, I recent purchased a DDJ-200 and I've been using Rekordbox with it.

When playing track 2, sometimes the track will begin to lag while playing, both from a cue perspective as well as the output audio.  This generally starts to happen when I attempt to loop or spin the deck to a specific point in the song.

Ive checked and monitor'd CPU, GPU, and Memory usage during these times and everything is operating within normal ranges, with plenty of headroom for each.  Rekordbox itself doesnt seem to have issues.  I can still pause and play with the rest of the boards features, the music just comes out choppy and laggy.
