HI team Pioneer
I have a pair of XDJ 1000 MK2, i recently brought a 256GB Sandisk USB 3.1 flash drive and using 3rd party software to format the drive to FAT 32, after formatting and load songs to the drive via export in rekordbox, and i inserted the drive into either of the players prompted me to "format drive" and i formated it over and over again in FAT 32 but still prompt to format again

I would try a different program to format it, also when you look at the drive in your laptop/pc, does it say it's FAT 32? Here is a link with some proven formatting programs, try a different one and let us know. https://forums.pioneerdj.com/hc/en-us/articles/204681699-MP3-Tools-More
Hi, via the link given, only the "HP USB FORMATTING TOOLS" link is working, the rest are no longer available, and YES! It work!
I was using partition magic for windows couldn't work the whole time for the XDJ 1000 mk2 but it work for my XDJ XZ
