Kuvo Live Playlists is down

Hi guys,

I've started looking into how to get Current Tracks playing on my live streams - which led me to a feature I hadn't seen before - Kuvo LIVE PLAYLISTS.

I think this is a great idea, and it enables software like UNBOX (https://www.reddit.com/r/Rekordbox/comments/l30oan/unbox_update_for_rekordbox_now_playing_overlays/) to grab what is "Now Playing" from Kuvo over the internet and send it to OBS. 

However, as discovered by me and other Unbox users, Kuvo Live playlists seems to start working then stop 20 to 30 minutes in. Sometimes I cannot get it to even start at all.

I'm putting a message here because I've emailed Kuvo (as have others) and nobody is responding to that mailbox.

Another Unbox user commented that the issue may be because the order of the playlists, at random, changes (what was at the top, goes to the bottom like a glitch).

I personally just see it working twice then no more tracks get added although I'm still playing 4th and 5th tracks etc.

It's a neat feature when this works.

Could one of the team look at fixing Kuvo?
