I am worried about that 1mm pin at the centre comment. So if I read that correctly, you need a special plug that has an outer 2 contact cylinder, and within that cylinder another pin. But then again, how would that be possible with a 3.3mm interior.
My DDJ-SX3 seems to have a normal 5V plug barrel \0/.

So, the outer cylinder is one pole, and the inner pin is another pole.
If you can't buy an original, I assume they would have a plug like that in a DJ shop. But if not, but a good 12V 3A PSU, and cut the cable ;-).
On another note, I assume your power brick would automatically switch to 220V, as usually these bricks are multi-voltage. They convert AC to > 300V DC first, and then DC-DC it to 12V.
