Tracks are missing after exporting to the USB

Hi, 

- i recently got a new laptop

- re-installed rekordbox (latest edition) and began setting new playlists on the laptop.

- using the same USBs from previous rekordbos from the old laptop.

- I formatted all USB to export new playlists using the new rekordbox

- the USB names are still the same default names

- my process of exporting music onto my USB has not changed. 

- after exporting and safely ejecting the USBs, I test the USB. they read on my Pioneer CDJ2000 NX2 and picks up rekordbox drivers but says ALL my playlists are empty. This also affected USBs that DID not have Rekordbox on them. I used them as backup and used old conventional methods but they too got impacted and for some reason has rekordbox sftware on them and produced similar issues. 

- few troubleshoot i considered with no luck:

1 downgraded to an older version of Rekordbox

2. Formatted all USBs and used both MAC and Windows laptops to consider all formats. Kept the same USB name.

3. imported all my music onto the older rekordbox, set up new playlists, synched, the process was completed but the issue still persists.

Please help me understand whats going on.
