Hello hope my post is in the right section, I've setup Kuvo which works absolutely fine if I use it using only the laptop but not when in controller mode I use a DJM-2000 and 2 CDJ2000 all connected via USB running through the DJM-2000 ASIO driver. When using it this way I've noticed not showing any record volume on the record output meters and I cannot see an option with audio (input record greyed out unable to change) I maybe wrong but feel this has something to do with why KUVO not creating playlist as it will work when not connected to setup and record volume output meters work. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks

The DJM-2000 does not have a single audio interface for playback and recording, so as long as you have it set properly to feature the audio input, you would need to create an aggregate device using ASIO4ALL, or record to another application using that audio input. You wouldn't be able to do it within rekordbox directly.

Thank you for the quick response, recording isn't really the issue I just thought it may have been linked to why KUVO doesn't work, have you any ideas or is it linked?
For KUVO issues, we've had a few users reporting that issue but have yet to isolate the cause - please file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.
