tracks don't show up in smart playlists after sync with app (android)

I use smart playlists in Rekordbox 6 and they work like a charm. When I sync them with my app on my phone (android), the smart playlists show up on the phone but in, lets say, 75% of the playlists there are no tracks in them.

The tracks that should be in the smart playlists are also synced with my phone and show up in my collection on my phone. But, they don't show up in 75% of the smart playlists.

I already re-installed the app on my phone, without any results.
