DDJ-400 + Blue Yeti Microphone

Hi!

I'm trying to use my DDJ-400 with my Blue Yeti microphone. Up until now, I've plugged the headphones (58x Sennheiser) directly into the DDJ-400 and had Master CUE activated to hear audio. Unfortunately this means I cant use the microphone (or hear PC audio). 

By switching the source around, I can get the audio to come through the headset which is plugged into the bottom of the microphone (blue yeti). The issue though then happens where the Master cue knob and the Master level knob no longer work. All master lights/cue lights have been tested. The two knobs do nothing...but everything else seems to work with no issue.
