Unfortunately that isn't something a factory reset would fix; please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your XDJ inspected and/or repaired.

XDJ RR Factory Reset
Does anybody know how to reset a xdj rr? I´m having a trouble with a pich value...when is placed to 0 position, on the screnn shows a different value than 0 position.
